History
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Island Lifestyle – Vacations, founded in September 2022 and led by Krish Renauer, is centered on elevated guest experiences and empowering property owners. Krish’s passion is travel, and she knows that having the right home base away from home is the single most important factor in a truly great trip. Krish is a Real Estate Broker who has cultivated an extensive background in Hawaii Real Estate since 2004 and Vacation Rental Management since 2010.
Her early history includes graduating high school on Maui from Seabury Hall, a BFA from UCLA in Film and Television, and over 15 years in the Entertainment Industry. She is grateful her travels have brought her here, to the land of Tūtū Pele, and to a business that is family first. She and the entire team would like to welcome you to our ohana.

Composed of a skilled Junior Property Manager excelling in customer service, and a proficient Bookkeeper/Administrator with strong numerical and computer skills, who is bilingual in Japanese and English, we are well-equipped to serve our clientele. Our network of dedicated vendors, including cleaning, AC, pest control, electrical, and plumbing professionals, further enhances our capabilities. And when unusual challenges arise, Krish’s close personal ties to the island’s top home consultants, and to the world of Hawaii luxury home construction, ensure that the best solutions will be found. Together, we ensure utmost client satisfaction through our collective knowledge and skills.
